Nonprofit Leaders in Hot Demand

An article in The Christian Science Monitor explores the coming leadership crisis in a rapidly growing nonprofit sector.

One study by the Bridgespan Group predicts that nonprofits will need some 640,000 new senior leaders over the next 10 years. That number could be smaller or go as high as 1.2 million.
