In this economic climate, the need for good volunteers at nonprofits is keener than ever. At the same time, good employees, through no fault of their own, are looking for new jobs. One way to bolster one's resume is to provide some meaningful volunteer time to a nonprofit. Heck, for four days next week, Starbucks will even give you a free cup of coffee for pledging to volunteer five hours this year.
