Our collective sense of safety was punctured once again yesterday when hate, armed with a rifle, visited the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C.
A guard was killed and the attacker wounded as visitors ducked for cover when gunshots rang out.
Museums and violence. May it be a rare intersection.
