I'm shaping up my editorial calendar for 2013 and would love to know what you want to learn about.

The nonprofit sector is big, with many moving parts. This site tries to cover as many of those as possible. But it will help me focus more effectively, if I know what you are most interested in.

So, please take the poll...you can vote for as many topics as you like. If you're interested in a topic that isn't on the list, let me know about it in the comments.

(1) Harmon Burstyn says:

Too many board members do not have any “skin in the game”. So the organization is subject to terrible financial oversight leading to penalties, fees, and embezzlement. Who pays for this? I have not seen a board member dip into their own wallets for this negligence.

(2) Kevin Slagle says:

We are just starting out as a nonprofit and our work will be in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I am interested in what advice you would have for non-profit fund raising in the first year, before we have accomplished any work on the ground. We need to raise funds in order to establish plantations of the Moringa trees we are going to give to the population and teach them how to plant and cultivate, harvest food and press oil from the seeds for use in stoves and vehicles. The bark also has medicinal properties and the pulp left from the seeds can purify water. Thank you.
