Heidi J. Kramer is a nonprofit consultant and expert in writing, administrating, and awarding grants. Her career in the grant industry began over two decades ago, where she interacted with federal, state, and local government funding agencies, as well as private philanthropic sources.
Her history includes working on numerous boards and grant funding committees, both public and private, such as but not limited to: FEMA, Homeless Assistance Shelter Grants, United Way, and private foundations. During her service as director with a private foundation in Aberdeen, SD, she reviewed grant requests, made recommendations for funding, guided grant writers to additional funding sources, and collaborated with other grant funders.
It was through her education and early career in social work where Heidi was first introduced to working with charity organizations.
Seeing the funding and management struggles non-profits deal with, she developed a passion to help others succeed.

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to develop relationships with some very helpful and knowledgeable people.
