1. Opportunity Knocks
Opportunity Knocks has listings of nonprofit jobs, a Nonprofit Wage and Benefit Report, a place to post your resume, tons of helpful articles, and a list of job fairs around the country.2. Idealist.Org
Idealist has nonprofit job listings and hosts career fairs in a number of cities. Sign up for email alerts for nonprofit jobs in your area.3. Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN)
YNPN is a networking organization for the younger generation of nonprofit leaders. There are 34 YNPN chapters across the country with some 30,000 members. YNPN sponsors a national leaders conference and issues reports such as Good in Theory, Problems in Practice, based on a survey that asked about leadership development.4. Future Leaders in Philanthropy (FLiP)
FLiP is a project of the consulting firm Changing Our World. It began as a service to young newcomers to the nonprofit sector. Now, it has grown into a place for all kinds of people who work or who are interested in working in nonprofit or for good causes. The FLiP website says that its members number about 5,000. FLiP does not have job listings, but could be a good place to network and find more information about how things work in the nonprofit world.5. Nonprofit-Jobs.org

Encore Careers is an offshoot of Civic Ventures, founded by Marc Freedman, author of The Big Shift: Navigating the New Stage Beyond Midlife.The Encore Careers site is aimed squarely at the huge baby boomer generation, the oldest of which began turning 65 in 2011. Many people in this generation will not go willingly into passive retirement, but want to give back through volunteering or working in the nonprofit sector. Many will start their own nonprofits or become social entrepreneurs. Find encouragement, ideas, networking, and job/career possibilities at the Encore site.
